This DVD is done in a Yoga class format as I normally teach during "Detox-International" retreats.
It starts with 20 minutes of guided visualisation, breathing and short relaxation. Continues to gentle yoga
postures and ends with guided deep relaxation.
Practising this program on regular basis will help reduce stress, develop strength and flexibility, increase
energy and enhance your ability to relax and be mindful.
Yair first studied Sivananda yoga in Rishikesh, India in 1985. In his classes Yair utilises the Hatha Yoga
practice as a tool of developing self-awareness and inner peace.
